T´was a good week!
I had divisions this week.. went with Hermana Zuñiga.. from Guatemala and she talks RAPIDO. So my goal
was to only cry once haha. But it was a great experience. I was so nervous, but it ended up going really well.
We contacted a couple referrals, and then went over to this lady sweeping, so we could offer to help. We
ended up chatting for bit and she said that her husband doesn't treat her well, and just yesterday she prayed
for help and then we stopped by and lifted her spirit. It was so awesome to see how we are lead by the spirit!
Also all day I spoke in Spanish.. and survived!!! Woohooo! 10 points for Skye.

We met a lady named Luci this week and taught her the restoration. During the lesson I testified that God
loves her.. and we both got a little teary eyed. I knew she felt the spirit confirm to her heart that truth.

Then yesterday we stopped by and visited her.. and she said that she appreciates our help.. but that she
thinks the BOM doesn't have what she needs. She wants something ¨real, and the stories are all too old.

But honestly that's what i love about the Book
of Mormon. The stories are about war and stuff,
but the principles apply so perfectly to our lives
today. So I just asked her what she wants the most in
life right now, and she said peace. So we testified about the
Holy Ghost, and how it could help her. She said we can keep
teaching her. So I studied for her this morning. I want to help
her so much. After our lesson with her last night, Sister Allred
felt bad because it wasn't a super planned out lesson, and I just
said "when you testified, did you feel the spirit work through
you?" and she said yes. And I definitely felt the spirit there when I was talking to her testifying of truth.
We counted the lesson as a success. Because all that matters is that she feels the prompting of the spirit..
|and is progressing in faith.

us AFTER we ate it.. that there had been cockroaches on it earlier, that they had to pick off!!!! But that's not
even the sad part.. the sad part is that it didn't even phase me. I didn't care. What is Argentina doing to me?!
Nadia is still amazing.. and actually TAUGHT Sunday School yesterday! ahh, shes the best.
I read a lot of conference talks this week... and every single one is so dang good. I am sooo excited for general
conference. But one take away from my reading is that the the greatest gift we have in life is to change. Every
action, thought, desire, etc that we have or do..changes us for better or for worse. We are constantly changing,
and we have the opportunity to give ourselves over to Christ, and let him make us greater than we could ever make
of ourselves alone. I want to leave you all with my testimony of this gospel, and specifically this week of the
Prophet Thomas S. Monson. That he is called of God. Not to be the leader of the Mormons.. but the prophet of
God for the world right now. Listen to and heed the words of the prophets, present and past. I love this gospel
and I love all of you !
